Refund policy

Our return policy varies by product category:

🔸 Fresh Mushrooms (e.g., Oyster, Milky, Shiitake)

  • Due to the perishable nature of fresh mushrooms, we do not accept returns.

  • If the product arrives damaged or spoiled, please send us a photo within 6 hours of delivery, and we will issue a refund or replacement.

🔸 Dried Mushrooms, Powders, Extracts, and Seasoning

  • Eligible for return if the product is unopened, unused, and reported within 3 days of delivery.

  • Return shipping cost will be borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned item.
